      Complete information regarding kingspec product warranties is listed as below:

1. Duration of warranty
   Kingspec SLC series products are covered by 3 years warranty from the date of original purchase.
   Kingspec MLC series products are covered by 2 years warranty from the date of original purchase.
2. We don’t accept any return or change unless get Kingspec’s approval
3. Kingspec warrants to the customer of products specified below that products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the condition of the product , Kingspec will either repair or replace the part that is supplied by Kingspec.
   The limited warranty doesn’t cover the product specified below:
   ●without the warranty label , the date of manufacture is not identified or torn up
   ●Product with defects like connector, casing, PCB board,chip broken
   ●Any broken cased by wrong operation
   ●The product that is repaired ,opened or changed any part by customer
   ●The date is beyond the duration warranty
   
4. RMA procedures and requirements
   ●leave a message to us including the description of the problem on our website
   ●leave the direct dealer's Invoice and Contact details to us.
   ●after approved by Kingspec, please download the RMA sheet from our website
   ●Kingspec will issue the RMA number to you
   ●please send back the product together with the RMA sheet
