1.1 Only the company's products purchased through regular sales channels are warranted;
1.2 Repair the products within the warranty period in accordance with the national three-guarantee policy;

3.1 The warranty service regulations are only applicable to the company's products purchased through regular sales channels;
3.2 Warranty period
3.2.1 Five-year warranty period for SLC products after July 2019, for the previous three-year warranty period;
3.2.2 Three-year warranty period for MLC products after July 2019, for the previous two-year warranty period.
4.1 How to send for repair
4.1.1 All faulty products that need to be repaired can be sent to the local authorized agent or dealer for repair;
4.1.2 If you cannot contact the local agent or distributor, please call the service number 4007799711;
4.2 Repair process
5.1 The product is damaged due to man-made damage or abnormal use;
5.2 The tamper-evident label of the product is damaged or changed;
5.3 The environment used for special data storage causes the early termination of flash memory life;
5.4 If the product is used for research and development or professional testing and destructive testing
5.5 The product is repaired and disassembled without the authorized technicians of our company;
