The ZS101 integrates multiple test processes such as firmware burning, reliability demonstration testing (RDT), and burn-in testing into one testing equipment. 2. Multi-unit Synchronous Testing.

The ZS101 supports 2.5-inch SATA, M.2 SATA, and M.2 NVMe interfaces and can test up to 600 SATA SSDs or 480 M.2 NVMe SSDs in a single test cycle, effectively saving test time and cost. In addition, it can customize the high-temperature division control to meet the stability test in different temperature environments.

This equipment can set and control the temperature of different compartments according to user customization, which can meet the reliability test under different temperature environments. This equipment interface is designed to support testing different signal protocols on the front and back sides; the front side can test SATA protocol SSDs, and the back side can test PCIe protocol M.2 NVMe SSDs. This design significantly saves on testing equipment and improves switching efficiency. Additionally, the separate design of transmission protocols effectively reduces signal crosstalk issues, enhancing the yield rate in production testing.

3. Traceable Test Records

The self-designed software system integrates K1, K2, and K3 production settings, which can be allocated mass-production with "one-click" power control to effectively avoid quality problems caused by setting errors. In addition, the desktop software’s automated tracking technology enables the system to one-click on/off for 60 hosts. It displays the status of the current SSD under test in different colors. 

Automatically generated test logs and reports allow for visual tracking and management of test data, with centralized storage ensuring that the test data of each SSD can be traced.

The ZS101 supports a variety of controller solutions, such as REALTEK, MAXIO, InnoGrit, PHISON, SMI, and YEESTOR, which can meet various production scenarios and efficiently improve production efficiency.
